Email client configuration

In this tutorial we will show how to configure an email client using Tierra Email services For this purpose you need to have an active Tierra Email account and a technical details document For the purpose of this instruction we will use Mozilla Thunderbird version 91.4.0 running macOS Monterey 12.0.1 but the settings for other systems should be the same or very similar

From the “Hamburger” menu on the far right select “Account Settings”

From the “Account Action” menu, select “Add Mail Account”

Enter your name, email address and password then select “Continue”

For greater security, select “Configure manually”

For greater security, select “Configure manually “Select the following and options and enter the following parameters:

— Incoming server—
Protocol: IMAP
Hostname: mail.tierra.email
Port: 993
Connection security: SSL/TLS
Authentication method: Normal password
Username: Your email address

— Outgoing server—
Hostname: mail.tierra.email
Port: 465
Connection security: SSL/TLS
Authentication method: Normal password
Username: Your email address
