LEAD-AI Puts AI Education on the European Map

Client Overview

LEAD-AI is a newly launched Erasmus+ consortium focused on AI competences in education. Like every EU-funded project, it carries dissemination obligations: a public platform presenting the project, partners, news and deliverables. The website was developed for Europroject, the project coordinator, with DomGrid contracted as technical subcontractor for the full delivery.

Client’s Challenge
  • Dissemination Obligations: EU funding requires a compliant public platform from early in the project.
  • Five Thematic Pillars: AI Competences, Educator Toolkit, Best Practice Guidelines, Learning Platform and Ethical Use each needed a home.
  • Deliverables Management: Documents had to be published and tracked without technical assistance.
  • Future E-Learning Slot: The architecture had to reserve space for the eventual open-access learning platform.
Objectives
  • Meet EU Requirements: Co-funding compliance elements and dissemination structure from day one.
  • Structure the Pillars: Five thematic landing blocks organising the project’s outputs.
  • Self-Service Publishing: News and deliverables manageable by the project team.
  • Build for the Project Arc: A platform that grows with outputs over the funding period.

Strategy and Solution

Research and Analysis

Working as Europroject’s technical partner, we applied the dissemination-platform patterns proven across previous EU project builds and adapted them to LEAD-AI’s five-pillar structure and future e-learning component.

Strategy
  • Thematic Architecture: Five landing blocks giving each project pillar a clear destination.
  • Managed Downloads: Download Monitor for hosted deliverables with tracking.
  • Communication Channels: News section, newsletter signup and LinkedIn and Instagram integration.
  • Compliance Built In: EU co-funding elements implemented per programme requirements.
Implementation

We built the Elementor micro-site with the five thematic blocks, configured Download Monitor for deliverables, and implemented the news, newsletter and social integrations with the required compliance elements.

Final Results and Summary

Outcomes
  • Compliant from Launch: Dissemination obligations met with the required EU elements in place.
  • Organised Outputs: Five pillars structure everything the project produces.
  • Team-Managed Content: News and deliverables publish without technical support.
  • Ready for the Learning Platform: The architecture reserves the slot for the e-learning component.
Summary

LEAD-AI received the platform every Erasmus+ project needs: compliant, structured around its thematic pillars and manageable by the project team. Delivered through the established Europroject partnership, it extends DomGrid’s track record as a technical subcontractor for EU-funded initiatives.
