Research and Analysis
We analysed how the agency manages listings and how buyers in Sofia search, most often by neighbourhood and number of rooms.
Strategy
We chose the specialist real-estate theme Houzez and connected it to the agency’s CRM, so every listing appears and updates on the site automatically.
Implementation
- Design and build with a Houzez child theme and Elementor Pro in the agency’s colours.
- CRM sync: listings are imported and updated automatically from EstateAssistant.
- Advanced search by offer type, city, 42 neighbourhoods, property type, size, price and currency.
