Client Overview
Petronik Group runs two vehicle inspection centers with 14 years of steady walk-in volume. Its dated website had an outdated booking system, no automated confirmations and thin per-location information, so the phone carried the load. DomGrid rebuilt the site around a modern booking flow with automation on both sides of the visit.
Client’s Challenge
- Outdated Booking System: The old flow pushed drivers back to the phone.
- No Automation: Confirmations and reminders were manual or absent, and expired inspections went unnoticed.
- Thin Location Pages: Two centers with no individual presence or reviews.
- Phone-Carried Load: The team absorbed the friction the website created.
Objectives
- Rebuild Around Booking: Make online booking the default path, not the exception.
- Automate the Journey: Confirmations at booking, SMS reminders before inspection expiry.
- Give Each Location Its Page: Dedicated info and reviews per inspection point.
- Shift Volume Off the Phone: Incentivise the online path with a promotional price.

Strategy and Solution
Research and Analysis
We analysed how drivers search for and book vehicle inspections and where the old flow leaked them back to the phone, then designed the new booking journey with a financial incentive to change the habit.
Strategy
- Incentivised Online Booking: A new booking system with a promotional price for online bookings versus walk-ins.
- Two-Sided Automation: Email confirmations at booking, SMS reminders one week and one day before inspection expiry.
- Per-Location Presence: Dedicated pages per center with their own Google reviews, 4.6 out of 5 across more than 425 reviews.
- Practical Tooling: An inspection-validity checker linking to the official registry.
Implementation
We rebuilt the site on Elementor with the modernised design, implemented the new booking system with the promo-price logic, configured the email and SMS automation and built the per-location pages with review integration.

Final Results and Summary
Outcomes
- Booking Moved Online: The promo price actively shifts volume away from walk-ins and calls.
- Clients Come Back on Time: SMS expiry reminders turn one visit into a recurring relationship.
- Locations Compete on Proof: Each center shows its own reviews to local searchers.
- A Lighter Phone: The team spends less time on scheduling and more on inspections.
Summary
Petronik Group turned a phone-dependent operation into a self-service booking flow with automation on both ends: confirmations when drivers book, reminders before inspections expire. Fourteen years of walk-in loyalty now has a digital engine behind it.
