Igrikazki Takes the Stage on WordPress and Runs the Show Itself

Client Overview

Igrikazki is a Varna-based improv community run by a three-person team, organising weekly improv games, workshops and corporate teambuildings, with partners ranging from Varnapreneurs to ICT Strypes and CluneTech. The team had built its first site on Hostinger Site Builder and hit the platform’s ceiling: no landing pages, no event tooling, no real design control. DomGrid migrated them to WordPress and set them up to run the site entirely on their own.

Client’s Challenge
  • Site Builder Ceiling: Hostinger Site Builder could not support landing pages, event calendars or customisable design.
  • Growth Blocked: Every new idea for the site hit a platform limitation instead of a design decision.
  • Hands-On Team: The team wanted to build and evolve the site themselves, not depend on an agency for every change.
  • Migration Risk: The move to WordPress had to preserve the existing presence without downtime.
Objectives
  • Migrate to WordPress: Move off Hostinger Site Builder onto a platform without ceilings.
  • Set Up the Toolkit: Theme, backend and Elementor Pro with supporting plugins from the ecosystem.
  • Enable, Not Take Over: Configure everything so the team creates pages and content independently.
  • Open the Roadmap: Landing pages, event functionality and full design control become possible.

Strategy and Solution

Research and Analysis

We assessed what the team actually wanted to build over time, landing pages for events and offers, calendars, custom layouts, and concluded the right delivery was an enablement setup: DomGrid builds the foundation and editor toolkit, the team builds the site.

Strategy
  • Clean Migration: From Hostinger Site Builder to WordPress with the existing presence preserved.
  • Editor Toolkit: Elementor Pro plus supporting plugins from the ecosystem, configured for non-developer daily use.
  • Foundation, Not Finished Pages: Theme and backend set up so every future page is the team’s own work.
  • Room to Grow: The platform now supports landing pages, event tooling and any design direction the team chooses.
Implementation

We executed the migration to WordPress, set up the theme and backend, installed and configured Elementor Pro and the supporting plugin toolkit, and prepared the editorial environment for the team’s own page building.

Final Results and Summary

Outcomes
  • Ceiling Removed: The team builds landing pages and custom layouts the site builder could never produce.
  • Self-Sufficient Team: Igrikazki created and continues to expand the site content entirely on its own.
  • A Growing Site: Blog, product page for the connection cards, events and partner sections all built by the team on the DomGrid foundation.
  • No Agency Dependency: Changes happen at the speed of the team’s ideas, not a vendor’s queue.
Summary

Igrikazki is DomGrid’s enablement model at work: we migrated the community off a site builder that had become a ceiling, set up WordPress with Elementor Pro and the right toolkit, and handed over the keys. The team has been building and growing the site itself ever since, which was exactly the goal.
